 DEGENERATION
Regardless of age, when spinal damage goes uncorrected, the body deposits calcium on the surface of adjacent bones that aren't moving properly. If neglected long enough, this splinting effect can result in complete fusion. This worsening process is called Subluxation Degeneration and can occur throughout the spine. Researchers recognize several phases of spinal decay.

HEADACHES
Some estimates suggest 25% of the population has a headache right now! A frequent and overlooked cause of headaches is the malfunction of spinal bones in the neck and upper back.
When bones of the spine lose their normal position or motion, sensitive nerves and blood vessels to the head can be affected. When spinal nerves and related tissues are stretched or irritated they can produce throbbing headaches. Aspirin and medications may cover up these warning signs, but do not correct the underlying cause.
Many people find relief and correction with chiropractic care
If a thorough examination reveals reduced range of motion, loss of normal spinal curves, or mechanical restrictions, chiropractic care should be considered. After a complete explanation, you'll receive a care program designed for your unique spinal problem.
Many patients report headache relief. Others find that the correction of their problem takes longer because their spinal problem has existed undetected for many years. Every patient responds differently. Regardless of how you respond, enjoy the drug-free results millions have enjoyed by consulting a chiropractic doctor.
TESTIMONIAL
Thanks to Chiropractic I don't take Tylenol any longer and my stomach problems have gone away as a result!
This is an incredible relief!
I came to see Dr. DeMoss three months ago for headaches and neck pain that was causing numbness in my right arm. The problems I had affected me daily and I was in a lot of pain. The only thing that I could do was take Tylenol, which was causing my stomach to hurt constantly. I used Tylenol 2-3 times per day, and it was taking its toll on me. Before I saw Dr. DeMoss, I went to another chiropractor that used electrical stimulation on my neck for 6 months with no significant results. My problems were not getting any better! My husband and I met Dr. DeMoss at our company health fair and arranged to come in and see him. He did a very thorough exam and took some x-rays, and even spent time after to explain the findings with me.
After visiting the office 3 times a week for about 3 months, I started noticing a great improvement.
My headaches have gone away completely!!
I am not dependant on Tylenol and my stomach problems caused by the drugs have subsided as well.
Thanks for the help Dr. DeMoss

Many of the pain-sensing nerves of the spine are in the facet joints, the two interlocking "fingers" at the back of each spinal bone. The normally smooth surfaces on which these joints glide, can become rough, irritated, and inflamed.
